To log a support ticket with the Brentano IT Service Desk, please read the following information;
Send us an email at itservicedesk@brentano.co.uk and our support system will automatically create a ticket on your behalf.
You can call us on +44 330 118 2599 and we will log the ticket on your behalf, if for some reason we are unable to answer the phone please leave a voicemail message and your message will create a ticket on the service desk and we will pick it up from there.
If you wish to track the progress of your support ticket, you will have to register on the IT service desk support web portal . You will receive an email with activation instructions to login to the support portal at:

[You can add additional information to the email, like a picture of your problem, however this is not mandatory, you can also reply to emails you have received about tickets if you wish to add more information] |

https://itservicedesk.brentano.co.uk . Here you can check on the status or add comments to your support queries here. You can also check through the support portal for FAQs and solutions that have been added to our knowledge database, so you can help yourself with "how to" instructions. We are always adding to and growing the knowledge base so if your problem isn’t there, please let us know and we will add the solution there once we have solved the problem for you.
Also, from the support portal you will be able to see important announcements from the IT department.
